{"abstract":"In response to a request for a changed circumstances review (CCR), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating a CCR of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain cut-to-length carbon- quality steel plate products (CTL plate) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). Additionally, Commerce preliminarily determines that the post- corporate reorganization Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd. (Dongkuk Steel) is the successor-in-interest to the pre-reorganization Dongkuk Steel.
