{"abstract":"Gillig, LLC, (Gillig) has determined that certain model year (MY) 1998-2022 Gillig Low Floor buses do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 205, Glazing Materials. Gillig filed a noncompliance report dated July 6, 2022, and later amended the report on July 22, 2022. Gillig subsequently petitioned NHTSA (the \"Agency\") on July 21, 2022, for a decision that the subject noncompliances are inconsequential as they relate to motor vehicle safety.
