{"abstract":"The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited (Garware Hi-Tech) is the successor-in-interest to Garware Polyester Limited (Garware Polyester) for purposes of the antidumping duty (AD) order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET film) from India. Accordingly, Garware Hi-Tech is entitled to Garware Polyester's AD cash deposit rates with respect to entries of subject merchandise in the above referenced proceedings.
