{"abstract":"Under the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Administration is issuing a public notice of its intent to establish a Privacy Act System of Records titled \"Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) Management System (FMS2)\". The FMS2 tracking system will provide HUD with the ability to collect information and inquiries directly from the public and provide responses.
