{"abstract":"The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that raw honey from Brazil was sold in the United States at below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) November 23, 2021, through May 31, 2023. We are also rescinding the review with respect to certain companies that had no entries of the subject merchandise during the POR.
