{"abstract":"The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) has determined that Shenzhen Sungold Solar Co., Ltd. (Sungold), and the companies to which Commerce granted separate rates, did not sell subject merchandise at prices below normal value (NV) during the period December 1, 2021, through November 30, 2022, the period of review (POR).
