{"abstract":"The Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) is publishing this final rule to update its criteria for establishing beryllium sensitivity. This change brings OWCP's regulations into alignment with a statutory provision that was enacted as part of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 on December 22, 2023.
