This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Honolulu, HI, during a drone show display at various times on August 13 through August 18, 2024. This proposed rulemaking would prohibit, during the enforcement periods, persons and vessels from entering the safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Honolulu or a designated representative.
