{"abstract":"On January 17, 2017, DHS published a final rule with new regulatory provisions guiding the use of parole on a case-by-case basis with respect to certain entrepreneurs of start-up entities. The 2017 regulation provided that the investment and revenue amount requirements would automatically adjust every three years.
