{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving the State of Idaho's request to implement and enforce the Federal Plan Requirements for Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerators (HMIWI) Constructed on or before December 1, 2008 (the Federal Plan). The Federal Plan establishes emission limits, monitoring, and other requirements for certain existing HMIWI units.
