{"abstract":"In this document the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) continues to shape development of the Citizens Broadband Radio Service operations in the 3.55-3.7 GHz band (3.5 GHz band). This Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) provides an overview of the federal protection regime implemented by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), Department of Defense (DoD), and Commission staff and solicits input on proposals to update the technical and service rules.
