{"abstract":"The Coast Guard is establishing a special local regulation for navigable waters within the Galveston Ship Channel. The special local regulation is needed to safely align and navigate vessels for the Texian Navy Day Parade. Entry of non-participants into the pre-staging and parade transit zones is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Houston-Galveston (COTP).
