{"abstract":"The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a safety zone for certain waters of the Delaware River. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on the navigable waters on a portion of the Delaware River near Eddystone, PA, during non-lethal signaling and warning device training conducted from onboard U.S. Coast Guard vessels. This proposed rulemaking would prohibit persons and vessels from being in the safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port (COTP), Sector Delaware Bay or a designated representative.
