{"abstract":"The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) adopts with this rule OMB's Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, to include 12 existing HHS- specific modifications. This rule also repeals HHS' existing regulations governing the administration of HHS financial assistance awards. The existing HHS-specific modifications are described in the rule's preamble.
