{"abstract":"Based on a request from Logistical Resource Development Inc. (LRD), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating and issuing preliminary results of changed circumstances reviews (CCRs) of the antidumping duty (AD) order on alloy and certain carbon steel threaded rod and the countervailing duty (CVD) order on carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from the People's Republic of China (China) to revoke the orders, in part, with respect to certain products. We also preliminarily intend to rescind the scope inquiry with respect to the same products.
