{"abstract":"The Rural Utilities Service (RUS or Agency), a Rural Development agency of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), is issuing a final rule. The intent of this final rule is to revise the Policy on Audits to remove an unnecessary report, update terminology, clarify Agency contacts and filing requirements, and update or remove any outdated references.
