{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action on the authorization of changes to Tennessee's hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended. These changes were outlined in a December 8, 2023, application to the EPA.
