{"abstract":"The Office of Personnel Management is issuing a final rule on the acceptable uses and proper recording of administrative leave, investigative leave, and notice leave for covered Federal employees. The Administrative Leave Act of 2016 created these categories of statutorily authorized paid leave and set parameters for their use by Federal agencies.
