{"abstract":"This final rule has finalized certain proposals from the Health Data, Technology, and Interoperability: Patient Engagement, Information Sharing, and Public Health Interoperability Proposed Rule (HTI-2 Proposed Rule) and in doing so supports the access, exchange, and use of electronic health information.
