{"abstract":"This call for information and nominations (Call or notice) invites public comment on, and assesses interest in, possible commercial wind energy leasing on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) offshore Guam as part of planning for commercial leasing in the region. The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) will consider information received in response to this Call to determine whether to schedule a competitive lease sale or to issue a noncompetitive lease for any portion of the area described in this Call (Call Area). Those interested in providing comments or information regarding site conditions, resources, and multiple uses in close proximity to or within the Call Area should provide the information requested in section 8, \"Requested Information from Interested or Affected Parties,\" under the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION heading of this Call.
