{"abstract":"The Department of the Interior (Department) is notifying the public and documenting the adoption of 11 Department of Energy (DOE) and 6 National Telecommunications Information Administration (NTIA) categorical exclusions (CXs) for use by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), under section 109 of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
