{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action on the authorization of changes to Mississippi's hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended. These changes were outlined in an April 2, 2024 application to the EPA.
