{"abstract":"The Department of the Interior (Department) is notifying the public and documenting the adoption of the Indian Health Service (IHS) categorical exclusion (CE) for actions associated with construction of sanitation facilities to serve Indian homes and communities, under section 109 of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The CE is adopted for use by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA).
