{"abstract":"The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing a Confirmatory Order to Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2, to memorialize the agreement reached during an alternative dispute resolution mediation session held on June 17-18, 2025. The Confirmatory Order contains commitments made to resolve six apparent violations of NRC requirements relating to the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1, reactor pressure vessel drain down event that occurred on March 28, 2023. The commitments include actions by Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2, to enhance its corrective action program, employee training, and safety culture.
