{"abstract":"In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the FMCSA announces its plan to submit the information collection request (ICR) described below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for its review and approval and invites public comment. This ICR relates to the planned information collection (IC) titled: \"Crash Causal Factors Program: Heavy-Duty Truck Study Data Collection.\" This IC supports the data collection phase of the Heavy-Duty Truck Study, which was mandated by Congress in Section 23006 of the Infrastructure and Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).
