{"abstract":"The United States Environmental Protection Agency (the EPA or Agency) is withdrawing the proposed rule entitled \"Clean Water Act Effluent Limitations Guidelines and Standards for the Meat and Poultry Products Point Source Category,\" which published in the Federal Register on January 23, 2024.
