{"abstract":"This document announces a change to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) test concerning Periodic Monthly Statements to reflect that test participants must transmit the payment of supplemental duty bills resulting from an underpayment of estimated duties, taxes, and fees electronically via Automated Clearinghouse (ACH). Except to the extent expressly announced or modified by this document, all aspects, rules, terms and conditions announced in previous notices regarding the test remain in effect.
