{"abstract":"Ford Motor Company (Ford) has determined that certain model year (MY) 2020-2025 Ford Transit motor vehicles do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 108, Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment. Ford filed a noncompliance report dated October 25, 2024, and subsequently petitioned NHTSA (the \"Agency\") on November 15, 2024, for a decision that the subject noncompliance is inconsequential as it relates to motor vehicle safety.
