{"abstract":"FMCSA clarifies the requirement to complete a Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) based upon a public comment filed by the National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC). The DVIR may already be completed electronically, however the explicit language in this rule will make this clear.
