{"abstract":"This order partially revokes two Public Land Orders (PLOs) insofar as they affect approximately 2,127,845 acres of public land reserved for use as the Dalton Utility Corridor and for study and classification, as appropriate, by the Department of the Interior. Revocation of the PLOs within the Dalton Utility Corridor opens these lands to mineral and resource development opportunity.
