{"abstract":"The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is promulgating this final rule to extend the reporting deadline under the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule for reporting year 2025 from March 31, 2026 to October 30, 2026. This final rule changes only the reporting deadline for annual greenhouse gas (GHG) reports for reporting year 2025 in response to comments received on the proposed rescission of the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP).
