{"abstract":"The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain cold-rolled steel flat products (cold-rolled steel) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) were not made at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024. In addition, Commerce is rescinding the review, in part, with respect to 35 companies.
