The application seeks NRC approval of the direct transfer of Construction Permit No. CPMIF-001 for the SHINE Medical Isotope Production Facility, currently held by SHINE Technologies, LLC (the current licensee) to a newly formed company, SHINE Chrysalis, LLC, and issuance of a conforming license amendment. The application also seeks NRC approval of the indirect transfer of control of the construction permit as a result of the establishment of a new intermediate parent company, SHINE Chrysalis Holdings, LLC, which will be the direct corporate parent of SHINE Chrysalis, LLC. SHINE Chrysalis Holdings, LLC is a direct subsidiary of Illuminated Holdings, Inc.
