{"abstract":"Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (\"Commission\") has determined that that a violation under of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1337) has occurred. The Commission has determined that the appropriate remedy is to issue a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order and set the bond at zero percent (0%) of the entered value of the covered products during the period of Presidential review. However, the Commission has determined to suspend the issuance of the remedial orders in this investigation given the impending expiration of the asserted patent mere days into the period of Presidential review and the bond having been set at zero percent (0%).
