{"abstract":"The agencies are publishing in today's Federal Register issuance two proposals: Regulatory Capital Rules: Category I and II Banking Organizations, Banking Organizations with Significant Trading Activity, and Optional Adoption for Other Banking Organizations (Expanded Risk-Based Proposal); and Regulatory Capital and Standardized Approach for Risk-weighted Assets (Standardized Approach Proposal). In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the OCC, the Board, and the FDIC (together, the agencies) may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number.
