{"abstract":"The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is granting Ohio final authorization for changes to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The Agency published a proposed rule on November 18, 2025, and provided for public comment. Ten substantive comments were received on Ohio's proposed revisions.
