{"abstract":"The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (\"ATF\") proposes amending Department of Justice (\"Department\") regulations to authorize spouses to file a joint application to make, transfer or receive, and register a firearm under the National Firearms Act (\"NFA\").
