{"abstract":"In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (Privacy Act) (5 U.S.C 552a), HHS is establishing a new system of records, 09-15-0070, \"Graduate Medical Education (GME) Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Resident Assessment Records,\" to be maintained by, and on behalf of, HRSA.
