{"abstract":"This notice announces that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will conduct a National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) test of a new method of data collection, including the collection of new data, for crude oil transported via pipeline into the United States. The Pipeline Global Interoperability Standards Test will utilize data transmitted to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) using unique entity identifiers and tamper-proof credentials documenting the movement (including ownership changes) of Canadian and Mexican crude oil for CBP review in near real time.
