{"abstract":"This document announces modifications and a clarification to U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) test pertaining to the processing of post-summary corrections (PSCs) and the payment of increases in estimated duties, taxes, and fees resulting from a PSC. Except to the extent expressly announced or modified by this document, all aspects, rules, terms and conditions announced in previous notices regarding the test remain in effect.
