{"abstract":"The FHWA, on behalf of the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by Caltrans that are final agency actions. These actions relate to the proposed Interstate 505 Vaca Valley Parkway Corridor Multimodal Improvement Project in Solano County, California. Caltrans in partnership with the City of Vacaville is proposing to provide interchange and local roadway improvements along Interstate 505 at the Vaca Valley Parkway on and off ramps.
