{"abstract":"The NRCS Utah State Office announces the availability of the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Supplemental Watershed Plan No. 10 and Final Environmental Impact Statement (Final Plan-EIS) for the Gould Wash Flood Protection Project in Washington County, Utah. NRCS has selected the \"New Detention Dam and 3,000 cfs Channel Modifications\" alternative as the preferred alternative.
