{"abstract":"These final rules set forth reporting requirements for the BE- 10, Benchmark Survey of U.S. Direct Investment Abroad--1994, to be conducted by the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA), U.S. Department of Commerce. The rules for the last benchmark survey, covering 1989, are deleted.
