{"abstract":"The Coast Guard is consolidating Anchorages A and B in Spa Creek Anchorage in Annapolis Harbor, Md. into one anchorage. This action is necessary because the City of Annapolis has experienced difficulty enforcing safe boating operations within the separate anchorages.
