{"abstract":"The Department of Energy has issued a Record of Decision on Programmatic Spent Nuclear Fuel Management and Idaho National Engineering Laboratory Environmental Restoration and Waste Management Programs. The Record of Decision includes a Department-wide decision to regionalize spent nuclear fuel management by fuel type for Department- owned spent nuclear fuel. The Record of Decision also contains decisions dealing with site-wide environmental restoration and waste management programs at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory.
