{"abstract":"On June 7, 1995, the Commission received a letter from counsel for petitioner in the subject investigation (QO Chemicals, Inc., West Lafayette, IN) withdrawing its request to appear at the hearing, provided that such withdrawal would result in a determination by the Commission not to hold a hearing. No other party has filed a request to appear at the hearing, which was scheduled for June 13, 1995 (60 FR 27554, May 24, 1995).
