{"abstract":"This NOFA announces HUD's FY 1995 funding of $290,000,000 under the Public and Indian Housing Drug Elimination Program (PHDEP) for use in eliminating drug-related crime. Funded programs must be part of a comprehensive plan for addressing the problem of drug-related crime. In the body of this document is information concerning the purpose of the NOFA, applicant eligibility, available amounts, selection criteria, financial requirements, management, and application processing, including how to apply, how selections will be made, and how applicants will be notified of results.
