{"abstract":"The Coast Guard is issuing regulations for U.S. commercial fishing industry vessels subject to the Aleutian Trade Act (ATA) of 1990. This rule promulgates a new subpart regulating certain equipment requirements and operating procedures for fish tender vessels operating in the Aleutian trade.
