{"abstract":"The Commission amends its broadcast station rules to waive the requirement that broadcast stations be supervised only by FCC-licensed duty operators. Also, a number of changes are made in the rules relating to station control to permit licensees to operate their stations in a completely automated, unattended mode, thus allowing licensees significant operational cost savings.
