{"abstract":"The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is proposing to clarify and update its rules that prescribe the standards under which national banks may purchase, sell, deal in, and underwrite securities. This proposal is part of the OCC's Regulation Review Program, a project designed to review comprehensively, modernize and simplify OCC regulations and reduce unnecessary regulatory burdens.
